Accessibility
Last updated 7 October 2026
We want foreglow.co to work for everyone, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA; today the site meets them in part, and the known gaps are listed below.
What we’ve done
- Text and buttons are checked for contrast against the sky behind them.
- Everything works with a keyboard: the lit g turns with the arrow keys, and you can always see where you are.
- If your device asks for less motion, the page stops its animations and moves straight to each view.
- Everything the 3D sky and the project previews show is also written on the page.
- The questions use your browser’s own open and close control, which screen readers understand.
- The cookie choice can be made, and changed, with a keyboard, and Accept and Decline are equally easy.
Known limits
- The booking calendar is Cal.com’s, so its accessibility depends on Cal.com. You can always book by email instead.
- The moving sky and the project previews are decoration; screen readers skip them.
- We build for recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox; older browsers may show a simpler page.
- We haven’t yet tested every page with screen readers on real phones; that testing is under way.
