Cookies
Last updated 7 October 2026
Cookies are small files a site keeps in your browser. foreglow.co sets them only after you say yes, apart from one small note that remembers your choice.
Always on
| Name | Set by | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| fg-consent | Foreglow, in your browser’s storage (not a cookie) | Remembers your cookie choice, so we don’t ask on every page | 12 months |
Cloudflare counts visits without cookies. If its bot protection is switched on, Cloudflare may set a short security cookie (such as __cf_bm, 30 minutes) to tell people from bots.
Only with your yes
| Name | Set by | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_… | Google Analytics (visit counts) | Tells visits apart, so they can be counted | Up to 2 years |
| li_fat_id, li_giant | LinkedIn (company insights), on foreglow.co | Measures visits from LinkedIn | Up to 30 days |
| bcookie, lidc, li_sugr, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory | LinkedIn (company insights), on linkedin.com | Recognises your browser and links visits to LinkedIn | 1 day to 1 year |
When you use the calendar
The booking calendar is Cal.com’s, and Cal.com may set its own cookies to run it; see Cal.com’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Change your mind
Use the button below, or “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. If you take back a yes, the page reloads without the tags and their cookies on foreglow.co are deleted. You can also delete cookies in your browser’s settings, use Google’s opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab), or LinkedIn’s own controls (opens in a new tab). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no.
