Foreglow is a web design studio run by Jeet Sarkar in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You can reach us at jeet at foreglow dot co.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. Please don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it with automated tools, or use our name in a way that could mislead people.

Our work on this site

Solenne and Établi are concepts we designed to show what our sites can do. They are not real developments or products, and nothing on this site offers them for sale.

What is ours

The words, renders, designs, code and the Foreglow name and logo belong to Foreglow, or are used with permission. You’re welcome to link to the site and share its pages; please ask before copying or reusing any of it.

Prices and times

Prices and times on this site are a guide, not an offer. A project starts only once you accept a written quote, and that agreement sets the scope, price, timeline and who owns what.

Booking a call

Booking a call is free and commits neither you nor us to anything. Cal.com runs the booking under its own terms.

What we write here is general information about our work, not professional advice for your business.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

No guarantees

We keep this site accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or rights you have as a consumer that can’t be taken away.

Law

These terms follow Indian law, and the courts in Kolkata decide any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your local law gives you that can’t be changed by agreement.

If part of these terms doesn’t hold

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
